Been wanting to draw Shantae's High Voltage outfit since it's reveal when Risky's Revolution was announced. Unfortunately due to the webcomic's development, I didn't get the time to do so. But since things have been on schedule, I decided to do some proper fan art after all this time. So yeah, enjoy Shantae and her massive personality~
